I just studied it closely. It is definitely the "PaceSetter House" at the southern tip of Harbor Point in Key Biscayne, as seen in "Trust Fund Pirates". The best shot of the house is at 26:46. Look at the unique roof, which you can match up with the bird's eye view. Trivia question: When the race organizers call for Crockett's boat but he isn't there, where is he? It's a familiar part of Miami.
Non-trivia question: Where did they film the C&T meeting Castillo with a boardwalk in a wooded area (around 16:15)? |

That makes sense. I always thought that was really weird the way Cooper shows up, and how they're eating on the boardwalk. |

I was actually thinking about that too. I theorized that it wasn't McCarthy's house. But rather being used as a boat club of sorts. Cooper wouldn't have just showed up at McCarthy's. But he could just show up at a club.

I just noticed that two scenes don't appear to be at the "Nixon house": 1. Meal w/ C+T+Vanessa+McCarthy 2. Party Possibly the house in Trust Fund Pirates? |

I just looked at the Brother's Keeper clip (at the 7:09 point), and I think it's close but no cigar. I don't see the Miami skyline, the trees and bushes look different, the silver railing looks more widely spaced, the fence looks silver instead of white, and the shape of the pool looks different. But it's really tough to say for sure. |

my question is this..Is this the same pool that you see in several of the montages, for eaxample the opening montage of brother's keeper with the guy in the pool talking on a cordless phone with the babes loungeing nearby. It sure as heck looks so

This house is also shown nicely in the Stallone movie "The Specialist". You actually get to see a helicopter land on the pad. This movie also extensively uses the OCB building. |

The house is very easy to find. 1. We know it's a waterfront house on Key Biscayne, and there are not many waterfront houses on Key Biscayne. 2. We know what it looks like from the street (RB posted some pics). It took me about 3 minutes of driving to find it. On satellite, it's easy to find because it's the only house in Key Biscayne (and probably in all of Florida) with a freakin' helicopter pad. By the way, it looks like Google just updated their satellite pics of Key Biscayne. It was always pretty fuzzy, but now the house can be seen quite clearly. Yay!

This house was featured in Miami Vice - yes but not "Glades " episode 9 but "The Great Mccarthy" ( episode 8) - it also cropped up in "Golden Triangle"( Interior) , "Yankee Dollar" to name a few. Ive had difficulty finding this house on Key Biscayne - and on google. On SoflaJeremys recent posts in General Section it named an extension to property and addressed it as W Matheson Drive/ No 1 Harbor Drive.
