I would think 20 years of creativity since the 1986 series would be enough for a great blockbuster in 2006. I recently saw the A Team at the movies and it was a fantastic remake. I wish Miami Vice was. CF should have been Sonny's son. Gina and Trudy would obviously have to be other characters but the chemistry would make sense. CF and JF meet by chance and work on busting latest drug manufacturers of GHB. Maybe the end of the movie could be CF going out on a dock and seeing the real Don Johnson----"Hey Dad, remember that 'ol line about getting a career in law enforcement?"

We old Miami Vice ( DJ) fans would have been happy, and the newer(Colin) fans would have been happy too. |
